High Performance Rep Camp

This camp is designed for players who have developed strong fundamentals skills. This is a demanding camp consisting of intensive on-ice and off-ice workouts. The objective of this camp is to push the player to the next level.

Emphasis will be placed on specialized training for Forwards and Defencemen.

Stickhandling and Goal Scoring

This camp will place emphasis on improving puck control and scoring ability including:

  • Stickhandling: deking, 1 on 1 play, puck protection, puck control at high speed.
    Shooting :power, accuracy, shooting “in stride”, quick release, one-timers’, wrap-arounds, offensive positioning
  • Power Skating: power, speed, balance & agility for effective stickhandling and shooting

Description: Focus will be on stickhandling the first part of camp and the art of goal scoring on the second part of camp.
