Summer Camps

Choose from one of our four (4) specialized camps.  Camps will include 15 hours of intensive on-ice development. Plus, there will also be an off-ice Strength and Conditioning component. Players must be at the level of the camp as of April tryouts.

Players should bring:

  • All hockey equipment and accessories
  • A nutritious lunch and snacks (no nuts or peanut butter please!)
  • A good pair of running shoes
  • Shorts and T-Shirt

Sample Camp Schedule

Group 1

Check in : 8:30am

1st Ice Session : 9am-10:30am

Lunch/Activities : 10:45am-11:40am

2nd Ice Session : 12:00pm-1:30pm

Dryland Training : 1:45pm-2:30pm

Checkout : 2:30-3pm

Group 2

Check in : 10:00am

Ice Session : 10:30am-12pm

Lunch/Activities : 12:15pm-1:10pm

2nd Ice Session : 1:30pm-3pm

Dryland Training : 3:15pm-4pm

Checkout : 4pm-4:30pm
